Rebel Adventures

West Cork Surf School

Located at the blue flag, Inchydoney beach in Clonakilty, the West Cork Surf School, is the first established Surf School in Cork and are recognised by the Irish Surfing Association (ISA). West Cork Triathlon Club

The club was formed in 2006 and has now over 50 members spread from Crosshaven to Bantry,The club organises regular races and events.  During 2012 the club are running a Leisure Center Indoor Sprint Triathlon League  where Club members, Leisure Center members or hotel guests are invited to over the season post your best time doing the following distances in one go:
  • Swim 760m in the 20m pool
  • Cycle 12miles on the exercise bike
  • Run 3Miles on the treadmill
