West Cork Rally 2010 - Special Hotel Rates!
Its that time of year again, then the Quality Hotel & Leisure Club is the headquarters for the West Cork Rally 2010. The rally takes place on the 20th & 21st March. COC is Darren McCarty, his second year in the top spot. The rally will be 8 stages run over four locations each day giving a total of 16 stages, so it is sure to be an entertaining two days. Clonakilty International Guitar Festival - 16th - 19th September, 2010
The Clonakilty International Guitar Festival will see a huge array of national & international virtuosos and innovative guitarists will once again descend on the seaside town of Clonakilty.
This year’s festival will see an attempt at breaking the World Record for Largest Ensemble Guitar Performance! This will be hosted by John Spillane and will see over 2000 people attempting to play the same song, at the same time, together, on that majestic instrument we call the guitar! So this is a call to all you closet guitarists, THE GUITARFEST NEEDS YOU!

This year the hotel completed fantastic facilities for all the family, from toddlers to children to teenagers and adults and it was an excellent achievement to receive such a accolade as the award of "Georgina Campbell Family Friendly Hotel of the Year, 2010.
Its Movember Time - Staff members at the Leisure Club get behind Movember, the annual, celebration of the moustache, highlighting and raising funds for men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer.
Cheerios Breakfast Morning
For many years the Quality Hotel, Clonakilty has been a proud supporter of the Cheerios Breakfast Morning in aid of Childline and this year is no exception. Our sincere thanks to all those who came out and supported the breakfast morning. After a substantial donation from the hotel, a total of €700.00 was raised.

July 17th sees the hotel extend a West Cork welcome to all participants in this worthy fundraiser. Their venture saw them continue to Killarney and Co. Tipperary. We wish them every success and a safe journey!

The Quality Hotel & Leisure Centre, Clonakilty has been selected as reason to holiday at home by Georgina Campbell in the May edition of the Food & Wine Magazine. The hotel has "fantastic on-site facilities which will be even better this summer with new choices just coming on stream, including a Jungle Gym area, with a Toddler Area and also a Teen Zone.

EASTER BREAK - Easter in the Quality Hotel, Clonakilty is filled with fun activities for all the family. The Kids Kamp and Supervised Play will run daily over the break and both adults and children will receive Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday!
The festivities continue on 16th April with a special performance from the Puppet Kidzz of Ireland and their magical story of "Jack & 
the Beanstalk". The show is an upbeat musical, with sing-a-longs for all ages! The "Puppet-Kidzz" are over 2 and 3 feet tall and there are NO strings... they are hand-puppets, soft, warm and cuddly.
